Product Introduction
Boiler economizers are advanced heat exchange devices featuring finned tubes that efficiently heat liquids while maintaining temperatures below boiling points. We specialize in manufacturing three distinct types of boiler economizers: bare tube economizers, H finned tube economizers, and spiral finned tube economizers.
The H-finned tube economizer represents a high-efficiency heat exchange solution constructed from specialized H-finned tubes. Compared to traditional bare tube economizers, this design significantly expands the heat exchange surface area while reducing the total number of tubes required. This configuration also increases flue gas flow area, effectively reducing flow velocity and minimizing abrasion.
Our double H finned tubes are engineered with exceptional rigidity, making them ideal for extended tube row applications. The spiral finned economizer incorporates our latest heat transfer technology, utilizing spiral fin tubes to overcome common challenges of severe abrasion and limited service life.
Primary Function
As the name implies, economizers are designed to "economize" - delivering substantial cooling cost savings by reducing compressor operation requirements. When compressors can be shut down while maintaining adequate cooling capacity, significant energy savings are achieved.
